Terms of Service

As a LivePlayGo® member, you are eligible for over 700K dining, entertainment, and travel discounts that you can’t find anywhere else. Membership includes exclusive access to instant savings at local restaurants and merchants, premier theme parks, top travel and hotel sites and more from participating merchants subject to the specific terms and conditions provided by the merchant for that deal.  All members are billed monthly for their LivePlayGo membership. 

All Deals and Discounts on the LivePlayGo site are powered by Access VG, LLC dba Access Development (“Access Development”) or another third-party service provider.

LOCAL DEALS

As a LivePlayGo member, you can redeem exclusive member-only discounts at over 60,000 restaurants and merchants at your convenience. All local dining and entertainment deals are subject to the following terms and conditions as well as any specific terms and conditions of the particular deal:

  • Local venues voluntarily participate in our program and the deals that they offer may be subject to change without notice. This is out of our control, as the deals are determined by the merchants themselves.
  • By joining the LivePlayGo program and accessing your benefits, you give us permission to review your account with participating local vendors whenever we suspect fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
  • To redeem a local deal in-person, simply click “Use Coupon” on your mobile device and show the coupon to the merchant to apply your discount. You can also print the coupon at home by clicking “Use Coupon” and selecting “print” then show the coupon to the merchant.
  • Any suspected or actual cases of fraudulent activity will be escalated and reviewed in accordance with our fraud process. All decisions made by us are final.
  • Certain restrictions and/or additional terms may apply to specific deals. These restrictions and/or terms are displayed when you click on the deal. 
  • For online deals, there may be additional restrictions or terms when you complete your purchase on the merchant website.
  • All deals on LivePlayGo are determined by the merchants themselves, so if there are any restrictions on a specific deal, you may also want to check on the merchant's website for terms and conditions related to that offer.

TRAVEL DISCOUNTS

When you’re ready to get away, your membership lets you enjoy unbeatable travel discounts at over 600,000 hotels and travel providers, including car rentals, airfare, cruises and more. All travel deals are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • To redeem some travel and hotel deals, you may need to enter an exclusive coupon code during the checkout process.
  • Travel and hotel deals may vary and are at the discretion of the travel site or hotel. Please be sure to read the specific terms of the hotel, travel site, airline, cruise, car rental, etc.
  • Expiration dates will vary and are subject to change without notice.
  • Hotel cancellations or modifications need to be done through us by calling our customer service team at 888-885-5282. Because you booked through our site, we will need to adjust the reservation, so we ask that you call us rather than contacting the hotel directly.
  • When booking a hotel, the rate we charge up front includes the nightly charge plus taxes. Some hotels charge other fees that are not included in your nightly rate such as a deposit, resort fee, or parking fee. These types of charges are not included in the nightly rate and will be charged by the hotel or property directly.
  • Cancellation policies vary by hotel and dates of stay. Prior to booking, the cancellation policy is listed once you have selected your room type under the Additional Details section. If you’ve already booked, the cancellation policy is included in your reservation confirmation email as well.
  • Some hotels allow you to earn points from your hotel loyalty program, but others designate that booking your hotel through a third party is not considered a qualifying stay to earn points. Our suggestion is to present your loyalty member number to the hotel upon check in to determine if your stay qualifies for points.
  • Certain restrictions and/or additional terms may apply to specific hotel or travel deals. These restrictions and/or terms are displayed when you click on the deal and when you complete your booking.
  • All deals on LivePlayGo are determined by the merchants themselves, so if there are any restrictions on a specific deal, you may also want to check on the merchant’s website for terms and conditions related to that offer.

THEME PARK DISCOUNTS

Members can also enjoy discounts at premier theme parks, including Walt Disney World®, Universal™, and Six Flags®. All theme park deals are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • To redeem certain theme park deals, you may need to enter an exclusive coupon code during the checkout process.
  • Participating theme parks voluntarily participate in our program and the deals and restrictions they offer may be subject to change without notice.
  • Certain restrictions and/or additional terms may apply to specific theme park deals. These restrictions and/or terms are displayed when you click on the deal. 
  • All deals on LivePlayGo are determined by the merchants themselves, so if there are any restrictions on a specific deal, you may also want to check on the merchant's website for terms and conditions related to that offer.
  • Expiration dates will vary and are subject to change without notice.

Special Notes for Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cardholders

  • Not all participating businesses accept every credit card type. To ensure a local merchant, travel site, theme park or hotel accepts your card, please review the payment methods listed on their website before making your purchase.
  • Businesses participating in the LivePlayGo program change frequently. Be sure to confirm a business’ participation before making your purchase.
