Why haven't I received my Welcome Bonus?

If you are eligible for a Welcome Bonus and have completed the claim process but haven't received it, a few things could have happened:

  1. It usually takes 3-6 weeks for your Welcome Bonus claim to process before we're able to send you a check. If your claim was submitted less than 6 weeks ago, please allow more time for your claim to finish processing.
  2. You must claim your Welcome Bonus within 30 days of joining. Unfortunately, you won't be able to claim it if more than 30 days have passed since you joined.
  3. If proof of purchase was requested when you submitted your claim, we may not have received it. Please email your proof of purchase to [email protected]. If you enter your purchase information but do not send your proof of purchase, we won't be able to process your claim and send you a check.
