After you complete your booking, you’ll receive an email to confirm your reservation. Depending on the hotel, it may take a little while for the reservation to appear in their reservation system. This is normal, as each hotel processes their reservations differently. As a courtesy to you, our Customer Service team performs a pre-arrival confirmation about five days prior to your check in date to ensure that everything is on track with your reservation. All you have to do is show up with your identification and credit card to check in.
